I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautifully appointed, comfortable, and functional which was perfect for accommodating our family. The service was exceptional, especially from Jimmy T, the bellman, who was always smiling and helpful. The location is perfect for experiencing the gorgeous sunset and easy access to shops and dining. However, the dining experience had some issues with food replenishment. Overall, a great place to stay with some minor drawbacks.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were super spacious and very clean, our cleaner did a fantastic job every day. The living area and full kitchen were perfect, plus we had 3 full bathrooms! The balconies offered a perfect spot to watch the sunset over the water. The service was great, with Nathalia being fantastic. The location was ideal, close to the beach, Pier 60, and Mandalay Avenue. The dining options were very good, with plenty of gluten-free choices. Overall, a fantastic experience with just a few minor hiccups.
